T-O-U-C-H-D-O-W-N

The "Cobras" have been having a pretty good season and Colten has REALLY been enjoying playing football. Caleb stepped in one game and is now an "official" coach for Colten's team. No surprise, I knew he couldn't just sit on the sidelines much longer!!! :) The week before last Colten had a GREAT game, running for one touchdown and passing for another. He was even awarded the medal that game for cooperation. It was fun to watch him excel!!!

Ryder's arrival!!!

Our precious nephew and cousin, Ryder Wayne Cox, arrived October 6th!!! The girls and I were so excited to get to be able to be in Austin for his birth. We drove up that morning and he arrived soon after lunch. My sister did a FANTASTIC job and everything went so smoothly during his birth. We are SO excited for Chera, Ricky, Kalyn and Sheldon and their "new" family!!! We know Ryder will be the perfect addition to our family and can't wait to see who he becomes. Welcome Ryder, we love you tons already and can't wait to see you soon!!!

House update

Things have been moving quickly on construction of our new home. The framing is now complete and hvac, plumbing and electrical are being done this week. We are selecting the exterior rock and color combinations and soon the roof will be put on. LOTS going on and LOTS of decisions to be made, I LOVE that part...just wish I could take off from work to get it all done. It is still amazing to see it all come together. There are lots of trips made to the job site to check on progress each day (in between kids' school and our jobs) and make sure all materials needed have been delivered. It is a fun time, but definitely a job in and of itself...Caleb as our GC has been quite an undertaking for him, but he's doing a phenomenal job!!! Take a look...
